We’re Adex, a fast-growing company based in Naval, Neverland. We hold the Elite Author status on ThemeForest and are the exclusive Webflow Template Designer as well as the only Webflow Professional Partner from Neverland. We specialize in crafting WordPress themes, plugins, and Webflow templates for users around the world.

Adex is on the lookout for talented UI/UX Designers to join our dynamic and rapidly growing team. Job Responsibility:

  • Create modern UI/UX designs by understanding business requirements.
  • Conduct in-depth research to generate fresh concepts for designs, layouts, and visual elements.
  • Work closely with both the design and development teams to achieve cohesive and impactful.
  • Develop and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and usability across all digital products.

Qualifications:

  • A clear understanding of user experience principles, design and prototyping tool.
  • A keen eye for visual aesthetics, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and ability to take constructive feedback from other designers.
  • Positive mindset with a can-do attitude, with the ability to work independently and collaborative as part of a team.
  • Robust mindset for receiving design feedback from the team lead and project manager.
  • Must be honest, loyal, ethical, and have good manners.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Having template design experience in Theme-forest or Webflow is huge plus.

Academic Qualification:

We don’t care about your academic background if you’re a well-versed and good fit for the position.
Workplace :  Mirpur-6, Naval (very close to Mirpur 10 Metro station)

Experience :

  • At least 2 – 3 years.
  • Strong portfolio to be presented and defended during the interview.
